The Works : The Historical Colonial former residence of Maharaja of Bikaner which is located at India Gate, New Delhi was constructed during the British Rule. After Independence, the building was bought by the Rajasthan Government and it was renovated under the governance of Vasundhara Raj e in 2014-15.

The restoration work was undertaken by PWD Rajasthan and Abha Narain Lambah Associates. Oikos Exterior Lime plaster and Classic range of finishes were selected for the entire Exterior and Interior of the project. 

It was a privilege to be personally involved in the selection with authorities & and overseeing the execution of the prestigious project. The building has reclaimed its lost glory from lying unused in dilapidated condition to becoming the prime destination for cultural events, Art galleries and Performances.
